plane averaged 240 mph flying to a city speed going
and 160 returning to the international airport.
Let distance between two airports be x miles
Time going + time returning = 5 hours

multiply the whole equation by the LCM 480
we get 2x+3x = 5*480
5x = 2400
x = 480 miles
