2x%5E2-x%2B3
%282x-3%29%28x%2B1%29

Zeros are at 3%2F2 and at -1.

Find the vertex point looking at x exactly in the middle of Those two Zeros:
x would be 1%2F4 and y would be %282%281%2F4%29-3%29%281%2F4%2B1%29=-3%261%2F8.

Another point on the graph is x=0, y=%28-3%29%281%29=-3, or (0,-3).

The "2" coefficient on leading term means vertex is a minimum and parabola is concave upward.

This is enough to begin sketching the graph on your own.
