Question 1175102: A long year-end status report for work is 99 pages long. You need to print 14 copies for a meeting next week. How much is the paper going to cost for those reports? Paper is sold in reams (500 pages) for $3.66 each.
$

Give your answer to the nearest cent, only for the paper you use (partial reams are OK)

I just solved this problem once, deriving the formula to calculate and hoping that the visitor
is going to make his (or her) part of the job by contributing his (or her) minimal efforts to get the numerical value using a calculator.

But my expectations were crudely destroyed: the problem came again, showing that the visitor wants/prefers do NOTHING.

As a responsible person, I feel my responsibility for completing this problem.

How much is the paper going to cost for those reports =

       = %28%2899%2A14%29%2F500%29%2A3.66 = 10.14552 dollars = 10.15 dollars (rounded to the nearest cent).

Solved.
