Hello,  I do not understand  Hindi,  too.


But you actually  DO  NOT  NEED  know  Hindi,  because later he writes  EQUATIONS.


            Equations are  UNIVERSAL  language of  Math  and  Physics.


One equation says that the net horizontal force is equal to zero,  providing
equilibrium in horizontal direction.

Another equation says that vertical projections of the ropes tensions sum up to total weight 400 N + 120 N = 520 N,
providing equilibrium in vertical direction.
