Let x be the number of the 4-point questions. then the number of the 2-point questions is 3x. Total point equation is 100 = 2*(3x) + 4x Simplify and solve 100 = 6x + 4x 100 = 10x x = 100/10 = 10. ANSWER. 10 4-point questions and 3*10 = 30 2-point questions.
