Evidently the % sign did not make the trip:
34% off is same as saying you pay 66% of the price
.66P = 31.50
P = 31.50/.66 = 47.73 (rounded off)
47.73 - 18 would be the the original price of the skirt
Odd pricing for the skirt to say the least.
