If so, there is no any direct/explicit formula for it.
Instead, there is a PROCEDURE for it, and this procedure is called
long division of integer numbers.
This technique is slightly complicated for explanation, since it requires a lot of writing and,
which is even worst, a lot of accurately formatted writing.
