Can start with the point (-5, 1) in the second quadrant then go to the right 3 and up 2 or go to the left 3 and down 2.
the line's equation using point slope formula y-y1=m(x-x1) m slope, (x1, y1) point
y-1=(2/3)(x+5)
y=(2/3)x+13/3

Hi
***Using point-slope form, y+-+y%5B1%5D+=+highlight_green%28m%29%28x+-+x%5B1%5D%29
m = 2/3 , P(-5,1)
y+-+1+=+highlight_green%282%2F3%29%28x+%2B5%29
y-1 = (2/3)x + 10/3
y = (2/3)x + 10/3 + 1
y = (2/3)x + 13/3 point-slope form of Line
Standard Form 3y-2x = 13
