The scalar projection is the dot product divided by the magnitude of v:
u.v/||v|| = 7*3 - 3*3 = 12/sqrt(18)
The unit vector in the direction of v = v/||v||
The projection vector, w, is given by the scalar projection times the
unit vector in the direction of v:
w = 12/sqrt(18)*(1/sqrt(18)(3,-3) = (2,-2)
