Find an estimate for the probability that a drawing pin will land point down.

n = 10  7up, 3down

P(point up) = desired/total = 7/10 

P(point down) = desired/total = 3/10 0r  .3

Note:  7/10 + 3/10 = 1   

Either/Or Situation, cannot be both...therefore P(Up 0r Down) must Equal 1
