Hi
7 out of 10 happened to land point up for Marjorie
Ruth might expect with 100 dropped.. to land point Up 70 times
as 7/10 = 70/100
However, one cannot be assured that would happen.

Is Ruth correct ? - - - No.

Why ?

Because the particular results of one statistical experiment  DO  NOT  determine causally the particular results of the other,
although a similar,  statistical experiment.

The argument   7%2F10 = 70%2F100   is  IRRELEVANT  and does not work,
when you consider the particular results of a statistical experiment.

Regarding the post and the question, notice that it  DOES  NOT  ask about  "expectation"/"expectations".

The question in the post very rigidly asks about very concrete result - not about statistical expectations/estimations.
