The triangle on the ground has for its third angle 59 degrees with a side of 200 m
The side that crosses the river can be found by the Law of Sines.
sin 59/200=sin 51.6/x
and x=182.86 m
the tangent of the angle to the top of the cliff is tan 33.1=x/182.86, where x is the height of the cliff.
The height is 182.86*tan 33.1=119.2 m
