Use inequality


    80*F + 150*C <= 800


and keep in mind that the amounts of fish (F) and chicken (C) are not necessary integer numbers of kilograms.


They can be fractions, rational or decimal, too.


At least, the condition does not prohibit it; and real life admits it, too.
