THE LINE EQUATION Y=mX+b HAS THE m VALUE AS IT'S SLOPE.
IF 2 EQUATIONS HAVE THE SAME m VALUE THEN THEY ARE PARALLEL.
IF THE 2 EQUATIONS HAVE SLOPE VALUES THAT ARE NEGATIVE RECIPRICAL OF EACH OTHER THEN THEY ARE PERPENDICULAR.
EXAMPLES OF NEGTIVE RECIPRICALS ARE: 2 & -1/2 OR 1/4 & -4 OR 13/2 & -2/13.
