What is "...3 times slower than..." supposed to mean? Grammatically, it has no reasonable meaning.
Example: If Jose takes 2 hours to do the job, then "3 times slower than Jose" means the time it take Jose to do the job, minus 3 times the time it takes him. That would make "3 times slower than Jose" equal to 2-3(2) = 2-6 = -4 hours -- which of course is nonsense.
Re-post, using a phrase like "it takes her 3 times as long as Jose...".
