Plan A is 19+0.12 m. The 19 is a constant cost that you pay whether you use the service or not. The variable cost is 12 cents per minute.
Plan B is 9+0.14 m
set them equal
19+0.12 m=9 +0.14 m
m=10/0.02 or 500 minutes,

Plan A is $19+(500*0.12)=$79
Plan B is $9+(500*0.14)=$79.
10=0.02m
