You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
y=3+t
x=2t-9 or 2t=x+9 or t=(x+9)/2
now substitute (x+9)/2 for t in the first equation
y=3+(x+9)/2
y=(6+x-9)/2
y=(x+15)/2 answer.
