I do not see any reason why you can not do it on your own
        (I assume that you are familiar with the multiplication table). 

    If not, then this problem is ABOVE your level, 
    and you should go to the 1-st grade class to learn it.


Regarding the pair with the sum  -29,  it is  (1,-30).

Another such pair is  (-30,1).
