The standard form for a parabola is: (x - h)^2 = 4p (y - k),
where the vertex is (h,k), directrix y = k - p, focus (h,k+p)
The directrix is y = 5, thus p = -5
Hence the equation is -20y = x^2 -> y = -x^2/20
