Problem 2:
4a^2b^4 / 8ab^2 = 4A^2b = 4a^2b^4 * 1 = 4a^2b^4 = 4ab^2 = simplified to 1ab^2
3c^2 3c^2 8ab^2 24ab^2c^2 24c^2 6c^2
Problem 3:
16x^2 - 1 / 4x + 1 = 16x^2 * y^3 = simplified to 4xy
