i have already asked it but i want a more thorow explanation cause i dont know what to do with it i am home-schooled and my family is bad at math so yea if someone would please just tell me what i should do with this:

1. X+4Y=-2

find the X-intercept of the line
1. X+4Y=-2
To find the x-intercept let y = 0:
Then x = -2
That is the x-intercept.
