there is something wrong with your equation.
i graphed it as given and this is what i got.



the graph is telling me that that the minimum cost is negative.

this should not be.

if i changed the constant term from -15,930 to +15,930, then i got an answer that makes more sense.

the graph of that is shown below:



i'm not saying that's the problem with your equation, but that change does make the equation feasible.

check your equation to make sure that you copied it down correctly.
