Try on your own. What is the difference between each pair of successive terms? Is it same value each time?

.

More simple way is to write the given fractions with the common denominator.

Use " 6 " as the common denominator

    33%2F6, 25%2F6, 17%2F6, 9%2F6, 1%2F6.

Now look into the numerators.

You see that the numerators are in arithmetic progression.

Hence, the original numbers form an arithmetic progression, too,

and the common difference is -8%2F6 = -4%2F3.
