((x-h)^2)/a^2+((y-k)^2)/b^2=1

x^2+10x+36y^2=1 ___ x^2+10x+25+36y^2=26 ___ (x+5)^2+36(y+0)^2=26

((x+5)^2/26+((y+0)^2)/(26/36)=1
