B' is the complement of B. It is the set of everything in U that is NOT in B.

A intersection B' is the set of everything that is in both A and B'

So figure out what is in U that is not in B so you can create B'. Then find all of the elements that are in both A and B'. That is the set A intersection B (and you answer)
