It is a perfect square because 16 and 25 are perfect squares. So it would simplify to...
(4x+5y)^2
Then check.
(4x)^2=16x^2
(5y)^2=25y^2
Heres where you must memorize for perfect square problems.
(a+b)^2=a^2+2ab+b^2. So...
2(4x+5y)=40xy
