A woman is currently 21 years older than her daughter.

"currently" is not needed.
----
A woman is 21 years older than her daughter.
------------
People add "currently" for no good reason.
"What is your current location? ----> What is your location? or --- Where are you?

Using words that are superfluous doesn't make you sound smarter. Just the opposite.

The difference in their ages is 21 years.

So when the daughter was 2/3 the age of her mother, their ages were 2*21=42 and 3*21=63.

That was 11 years ago, so their current ages are 42+11=53 and 63+11=74.

ANSWER: The mother is 74.
