You can put this solution on YOUR website! For points the point on ground away from the hill, the top of tower, the bottom of tower, form a triangle.  Best if you draw the whole description. 
 This upper triangle has angles
 top of tower, 61 degree 58 minute
 bottom of tower, 28 degree 2 minute
 Length between these  is  45 meter.
 Angle opposite this is  5 degree 16 minute.
