So with one more people marker and one more die, you could make another pack (making a total of 48 packs), as long as you have enough teleporter markers.
The teleporter markers require 7 per pack; you have 341 of them. 341 divided by 7 is 48 with 5 left over. So you have enough teleporter markers to make that 48th pack.
