When I read this post, I see that the problem is composed UNPROFESSIONALLY.
A professional formulation, when it uses the term "ratio", must say "ratio of WHAT to WHAT".
So, the problem is posed unprofessionally to THAT DEGREE, that it CAN NOT be solved.
