The least common multiple of 2 hours and 5 hours is 10 hours.

Frank can type 5 reports in 10 hours.
James can type 2 reports in 10 hours.

So together they can type 7 reports in 10 hours.
So together they can type 1 report in 1/7th of 10 hours or 10/7 = 1 3/7 hours.
