What is the height of a cuboid whose cross-sectional area is 48cm^2 and volume is 216cm^3.
-------------
216/48 = 4.5 cm
=================
Pick any axis for the CS area, and find the 3rd dimension is 4.5 cm.

The problem's formulation is very inaccurate.

Actually, cuboid has 3 (three, THREE) cross-sections, and only one of them does suit to calculate the height,

as the data is given.

Under a standard peer-reviewing process, such problem's formulation would not have any chance to exist / to be issued / to be published.
