this is 0+0.20+0.76+0.66+0.52=2.14=mean
for sd, difference squared*probablity and add them up and take the square root
this would be
0.07*(0-2.14)^2=0.3206
0.20*(1-2.14)^2=0.2599
0.38*(2-2.14)^2=0.0074
0.22*(3-2.14)^2=0.1627
0.13*(4-2.14)^2=0.4498
These add to 1.2004
sqrt of that is 1.10
