"AND" means MULTIPLY the probabilities.

P(two and heart) = P(two)*P(heart) = (4/52)*(13/52) = (1/13)(1/4) = 1/52.

Of course you know that is the answer, because only one card is both a 2 and a heart.

Find the probability of selecting a two and a heart?
=======================
Ambiguous.
----
Is it 2 cards, one a 2 and the other a heart?
Or, just a 2 of hearts.
--------------
Plus, you don't select anything if you are dealt the cards.
Someone else selects them.
