Makes no sense. 
The height of the wall is not relevant. 
And, you can't put a ladder at 60 degs to the wall in real life.

It is good that the wall is vertical, tho.

You can  put this solution on YOUR website! "60 degrees to the wall", then must be 30 degrees at the ground, other end of the ladder.  Special Right Triangle, 30-60-90.  The given height of the wall, 12 meter, does not help.  Maybe recheck and rewrite the question.
