The total hourly wage over 4000 employees at the first division is  4000*6.05 dollars.


The total hourly wage over 8000 employees at the second division is  8000*7.39 dollars.


The total hourly wage over all 4000+8000 = 12000 employees at the both division is  4000*6.05 + 8000*7.39 dollars.


The average hourly wage over all 12000 employees at both divisions is
