You can put this solution on YOUR website!

the slope m between the points:
(-2,+-2) and (-2, 3)

m=%28y%5B2%5D-y%5B1%5D%29%2F%28x%5B2%5D-x%5B1%5D%29
m=%283-%28-2%29%29%2F%28-2-%28-2%29%29
m=%283%2B2%29%2F%28-2%2B2%29
m=5%2F0
Since you CANNOT divide by 0, this means that the slope of the line is undefined.

Find the slope between the points.
(-2, -2) and (-2, 3)
UNDEFINED slope!!
Proof: The x-coordinates are the same so joining the points will produce a VERTICAL line. It's TOTALLY UNNECESSARY to try to calculate a slope.
