Calculate the perimeter. The perimeter of a rectangle is given by:
Multiply the number of feet in the perimeter by $15.25]
Of course, this would be less than the actual cost unless the guy wants to enclose a yard so that no one can get in. (Gates are more expensive than a plain fence)
