You can put this solution on YOUR website!
v of the 100% vinegar
150-v of the 5% vinegar

100v%2B5%28150-v%29=24%2A150, accounting for the concentration of "vinegar";
solve for v...

v=150%28%2824-5%29%2F%28100-5%29%29

v=150%2819%2F95%29

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
end up with 150 ml *0.24=36 ml pure vinegar
start with x amount of .05 vinegar for 0.05x
add 150-x amount of 1.00 vinegar for 150-x
so 0.05x+150-x=36
-.95x=-114
x=120 ml of the 5% (6 ml pure)
150-x or 30 ml of the vinegar (or 30 ml pure)
