You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.

First calculate the circumference of the circle with the given radius C = 2%2Api%2AR inches = 2*3.14*10 = 62.8 inches.

Then take the 54%2F360 part of this value, which is the length of the arc : %2854%2F360%29%2A62.8 = 9.42 inches. ANSWER

I perfectly remember this post from yesterday, and my response to it.

Comment from student: Thank u - I am a parent trying to check my kids work during homeschooling - I never took Algebra

My response: --- May I give an advise to you ?

    Put this phrase

"I am a parent trying to check my kids work during homeschooling - I never took Algebra."

as a very first phrase in your post - then we, the tutors, will understand your request perfectly:
for whom we are working and what you expect from us.

Otherwise, I assume that I communicate with a full scale student, who knows, at least, the basics of Math
and can follow his part of the way on his (or her) own.

Ok ?
