if she uses 6+cups of flour to bake 40 muffins, with 1 cup she can bake 40%2F6=20%2F3 muffins
if she has 15 cups she can bake 15%2820%2F3%29=5%2A20=100 muffins
or this way:
40%2F6=x%2F15
40%2A15=6x
600=6x
x=100

     It is as simple as 2x2 = 4.



(2)  15 is 2.5 times as much as 6.
