The proportion says that the angles are  2x, 5x and 11x,  where "x" is their common measure.


The sum of a triangle interior angles is 180 degrees


    2x + 5x + 11x = 180

    18x           = 180

      x           = 180/18 = 10 degrees.


ANSWER.  The largest angle measure is 11*10 degrees = 110 degrres.

         Option D.
