Simplify....

%28%28f%2B0.5%29%2F%28f%2B5%29%29%2A%28%286%29%2F%28f%5E3%2B4f%5E2%2B3f%29%29

In the first fraction, get rid of the decimals; they only complicate things.

%28%282f%2B1%29%2F%282%28f%2B5%29%29%29%2A%28%286%29%2F%28f%5E3%2B4f%5E2%2B3f%29%29

In the second fraction, factor the polynomial denominator.

"Do" the multiplication and see if there are any common factors in the numerator and denominator. Unfortunately, the only common factor is 2.

%28%283%29%282f%2B1%29%29%2F%28%28f%2B5%29%28f%29%28f%2B1%29%28f%2B3%29%29

I would leave the expression in this form. I think it is more "simplified" then if we perform the multiplications to get large polynomials in the numerator and denominator.
