It's amazing how many posts on this forum are so carelessly written that it is impossible to know what the real question is....
(1) "...is to weight (sic) at least than 4 pounds..."??
I can guess that that is supposed to be "at least 4 pounds..."
(2) "... and is to contain 6 ounces of... S"
If that is really EXACTLY 6 ounces, then the problem has no solution with the other restrictions.
It is also extremely unusual to have an optimization problem that involves equations instead of inequalities.
So is this supposed to say AT LEAST 6 ounces of S?
