You can put this solution on YOUR website!
[(x+12)/4]=(x/2)+1=(x+2)/2
cross-multiply
2x+24=4x+8
2x=16
x=8. ANSWER
add 12 to 8 and get 20
divide that by 4 and get 5
5 is one more than 4, which is half of 8
