Cost1 = 54 + 0.12x

Rate 2 is $108 per day plus $.06 per mile.
Cost 2 = 108 + 0.06x

INEQUALITY:
Cost 2 < Cost 1
108 + 0.06x < 54 + 0.12x
54 < 0.06x
