the half-interval is z(0.99)*sqrt(p*(1-p)/n)
=2.33*sqrt(0.164*0.836/600)
=0.0352
add and subtract the half-interval to the mean.
(0.164-0.035, 0.164+0.035)
(0.129, 0.199)
Note, this will be slightly different on a calculator because there needs to be an integer value of x and 16.4% of 600 is not an integer (98.4)
