I Need to Find The Range Of The Given Function.
f(x)=-4x^2-24x-41

The graph would be a parabola with a maximum point.
That maximum occurs when x=-b/2a = 24/-8 = -3
f(-3) = -4(-3)^2 -24(-3)-41
f(-3) = -36 + 72-41
f(-3) = 36-41
f(-3) = -5
---------------
So the highest y-value is -5.
Therefore the range is : all Real numbers <= -5
