You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.

(21+2x)*(30+2x) - 21*30 = 756

60x + 42x + 4x^2 = 756

4x^2 + 102x - 756 = 0

x^2 + 51x - 378 = 0

x%5B1%2C2%5D = %28-51+%2B-+sqrt%28%28-51%29%5E2%2B4%2A1%2A378%29%29%2F%282%2A2%29 = %28-51+%2B-+75%29%2F4.

Negative root does not work. The positive root x = %28-51+%2B+75%29%2F4 = 6 is the solution to the problem.
