You can put this solution on YOUR website!
IF the line is perpendicular to a line w/ a slope of 3%2F4, then it must have a slope of -1%2F%283%2F4%29=-4%2F3

slope=%28y-increment%29%2F%28x-increment%29

Let's use (2,3) and (5,y).
slope=%28y-3%29%2F%285-2%29=%28y-3%29%2F%283%29
This, must be equal to -4%2F3

%28y-3%29%2F%283%29=-4%2F3
bY CROSS MULTIPLICATION.
-4%2A3=3%28y-3%29
-12=3y-9
3y-9=-12
3y-9%2B9=-12%2B9
3y%2B0=-3
3y=-3
y=-1
